 Inspired by the Gaither Vocal Band, "10 or 4" came together to sing the four-part harmony songs of this southern gospel vocal group. We often find Jim Yane, Ric White, Dwight Goss, and Jim Vinciquerra singing around the piano or in the halls for fun. Most of their collection comes directly from the Gaither Vocal Band, but they will often intermix songs from other authors. Their music isn't purely southern gospel. While the Gaither Vocal Band resembled the classic southern gospel groups of Gaither’s youth, it was something entirely new unto itself.
"10 or 4" travels to perform at various churches in the area. We're blessed to have them perform at the Chardon United Methodist Church, in selected worships throughout the year.

We had a very nice attendance for this concert and everyone enjoyed the music10 or 4 is a quartet of Christian men who love to sing praises to the Lord, and share their music with others. Dwight Goss – bass, Jim Vinciquerra – baritone, Ric White – lead, and Jim Yane – tenor, are all members of the Chardon United Methodist Church choir. They started out singing barbershop songs and worked their way into southern Gospel. Consisting of a teacher, a systems analyst, a maintenance welder, and a salesman, they now concentrate most of their efforts on singing songs of the “Gaither Vocal Band.” They have been singing in various churches throughout Ohio since 2001. Since they do sing in their church choir, they are somewhat limited, to “touring” during the summer months. But have been able to “sneak out”, on a Sunday now and then, during choir season when schedules permit.
