Masindi Education Trip to Masindi - January, 2009

A group of men from our church and others traveled to Masindi, Uganda this January to continue work on Rock Foundation School. During this trip, they were building watershed improvements to the building. They dug trenches, laid pipe and bricks and poured "home-made concrete" around the foundations of the building. This is hard work, with tools more primitive than we are used to. But when you see the excitement and smiles on the faces of those who attend Rock Foundation School, the extra sweat and labor is worth it. In our efforts to improve the lives of others, our lives improve as well. Check out the photo album of the most recent trip to Masindi. |
