The Gift of a Heifer!

Beginning April 19
April marks the beginning of our offering collection for a heifer.  Families who will receive heifers will soon have milk to drink every morning.  And since each cow can produce up to four gallons each day, there is often enough left over to sell for steady income that can be put toward food, school fees and doctor visits.

With training in zero-graze cattle farming, families will learn how to grow fodder, and use manure to fertilize the soil.  They minimize their impact on the land while maximizing their output - important steps on the path to sustainability and self-reliance.

But that's not all.  Before long, each project partner will pass on a calf to another family in need ... perpetuating a cycle of caring and sharing that spreads from family to family, village to village.

Make a difference in your world by encouraging your children/youth to do ministry beyond themselves.  Thank you for your continued support of encouraging your children and youth to earn their offering.  This is a huge project and may take us a long time, but
We can do it!
