Chardon United Methodist Church

The 2009 Pre-Conference Briefings highlighted the financial state of the conference and the 32 Constitutional Amendments for our United Methodist Church.  Even though these briefings are intended to familiarize persons with material that will be before the Annual Conference it is also a time for anyone in the church to learn more about our U.M. movement.  All persons from local churches were invited to attend a briefing to hear about changes that will be coming in pensions and health care as well as the changes that may occur for the entire denomination.  There were six briefings held across the conference. 

All briefings were held from 7:00 - 9:00p.m.
