We walk because they walk. CROP stands for Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty, and is most closely associated with community-wide interfaith CROP Hunger Walks. Each walker has a sponsor sheet and collects money to help those who face hunger here in our own community and around the world.
About 25 adults and youth from our church participated in this walk.
Did you know?
$25 provides supplies to make honey.
$50 provides 400 pounds of food to church run food pantries.
$100 provides 250 baby chicks which will become egg-producing chickens.
