Thousands of Americans are in need of vital organs and tissues. For many, the chance to live a full life will not come unless more of us consider organ and tissue donation. Each one of us has the potential to save up to eight lives as an organ donor and touch another seventy-five as a tissue donor. To register as donor, say “Yes” when asked to be an organ and tissue donor at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Register on-line at www.donatelifeohio.org, call LifeBanc at 888-558-LIFE to receive a registration form or include organ and tissue donation in your living will.
