As we come to Christmas 2011, the words of John 1:14 (from the Message) are ringing in my mind and heart. “God has become flesh and blood and moved into the neighborhood.” Do you celebrate that God is a real living being and living next to you, if not within you? If so I hope you will worship this Christmas season at one of the many worship offerings we have for you! If you are not sure about where God lives or who Jesus was, or what Jesus’ birth means for you then I hope you will worship with us and that as a part of worship God will move your heart to assurance and a deeper understanding. The message of Christmas should be clear, that God loves you (and me) so much He wants to live in your neighborhood, and in your heart and in your mind. I hope that we can worship God so fully that you can celebrate His presence in every breath, in every action and in every day of your lives. Come and worship this Christmas and make a pattern to worship regularly in 2012.
See you in Church,
Pastor Dan
